Overview - The EAHE 503 Building Collaborative Structures and Systems of Professional Practice Micro-Credential develops educational leaders’ capacity to create and sustain a collaborative, high-performing school culture focused on instructional excellence, shared leadership, and equitable student success. Practitioners demonstrate skills in analyzing school systems to identify barriers and strengths for collaboration; designing embedded structures—dedicated time, protocols, coaching, and interdisciplinary planning—to elevate teaching and professional learning; and using data-driven inquiry, reflection, and feedback to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.Leaders foster trusting relationships across stakeholders, establish shared instructional expectations, empower distributed decision-making and voice, and strategically allocate time, resources, and personnel to support differentiated professional growth aligned with school priorities. The outcome is a cohesive, results-oriented environment where all members are engaged, accountable for collective growth, and committed to ongoing innovation in teaching, learning, and schoolwide achievement.
Course Objectives - The EAHE 503 Micro-credential includes the following 6 identified course objectives:1. Analyze school culture and organizational systems to identify strengths and barriers to effective collaboration and student achievement2. Design and implement collaborative structures that improve instructional practice3. Use data and continuous inquiry processes to guide school improvement and evaluate impact4. Apply leadership strategies for managing change, including communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.5.
